Worth staying

I stayed there for two days at the end of my trip and I wish I had stayed longer! The hotel is located in a historical building and is part of a hotel group, sharing a beautiful park with other buildings. I was welcomed and assisted by knowledgeable and friendly ladies at the reception desk. The interior is tastefully decorated and the room offers enough space for both rest and work; the WiFi was fast and secure, so I can recommend this hotel to those who work remotely. The room included all the basic amenities and bottled water; the only thing that could be a major improvement is including q tips in the vanity kits. The hotel offers a wellness area with a swimming pool and two saunas; make sure to have your own flip-flops and a swimming bonnet as the hotel only offers basic slippers (might not be a good idea for slippery wet marble, especially when the hotel is full) and a shower cap (thin cellophane, might easily rip and make the swimming experience unpleasant in the peak hours). The guests can also try the gym in the hotel across the park. The restaurant at the hotel provides ample options at the breakfast table as well as a la carte dinner; I was satisfied with the service, portion size, and reasonable pricing. The only negative thing I noticed is the light flickering in the bathroom and the corridor. All in all, I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will certainly come back again!

I was very impressed overall. It was my first time traveling alone in a foreign country. They were at the airport to greet me, the service was excellent and the food was to die for! The grounds of the hotel made me feel like I was visiting some manor house. It was relaxing and safe place. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, but not 5 star worthy

The first impression was good. The room was spacious, had a nice bed and bathroom. But when you look at the details, there are a lot of minor things missing. The breakfast was also a big disappointment! We had to ask for almost everything; bread, plates, glasses, cups. And the food and service was not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We even got a long hair in our dinner dish… So in short terms; it’s s nice hotel but they have s way to go to call it a 5* hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO TAKE A SHOWER!

There was no hot water for my entire stay!! I could not even take a shower! Also, the bathroom sink leaked! The water drained onto the floor! The restaurant was awful and the female wait person refused to even show me a menu! After the manager spoke with her, she was forced to wait on me and she was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly. When we arrived after chieck-in time, our room was not even ready and we had to wait for a while, drinking their free drinks. They had a hard time finding an extra blanket and towels for me due to the late time. Their free shuttle could not find us because their reply was not early enough, so we ended up having to get ourselves a taxi, costing extra fee from the aitport. Besides, the weekend wedding party lasted after midnight, causing too much noise to our room while sleeping. It was crazy! Overall, the level of the hotel was way below average, and I would never recommend this hotel. 良いところが一つも見つからなかったホテルで最悪でした。朝食ビュッフェは品数が多いのに一つ一つのレベルが低すぎて美味しいものが一つもなく大変残念な朝食です。普通に旅をしている人なら感じるレベルでコーヒーやジュース、パンや卵料理のレベルが最悪だと言えます。まともなのはギリシャヨーグルトやバナナぐらいでしょうか・・・。 週末の結婚式のどんちゃん騒ぎが真夜中過ぎても終わらず、恐ろしくやかましく、５つ☆ホテルの意味がまったく理解できません。ボスニア・ヘルツェゴビナ自体がセルビアやクロアチアに比べるとまだ発展途上にあるためか、サラエボに行くならアメリカ系のホテルが無難かもと感じました・・・。

Güzel bir otel ama biz güzelliğine dışardan baktık

.Rezervasyonumuzu twin bed ( iki ayrı) yatak yapmamıza rağmen otele geldiğimizde twin bed odaları kalmadığını ve bize büyük aile yataklı oda vereceklerini söylediler. Rezervasyonda otele bildirilecek bilgiler kısmında twin bed kısmını özellikle işaretlemiştik. son derece memnuniyetsizce odayı kabul etmek zorunda kaldık. Oda da ayrıca mutfak veya başka bir çalışma binasının çok gürültülü bacasına bakıyor ve odanın için bir fabrika gibi gürültülüydü. Geceyi zor geçirdik. Ertesi gün başka oda verdiler ama o odada küçük ve beton bir iç avluya bakıyordu. Otel binası dışardan güzel görünüyor ama bize kötü odaları verdiler. Temizlik ise standarttı. Kahvaltı salonunda her zaman olduğu gibi Arap misafirler her yeri kirletmişti.
