Place was clean, front desk is very polite and professional. One thing what happened, My husband forgot his watch and they “ didn’t find “ . I’m sure people who clean rooms found it but they didn’t want to return it it is expensive watch.

I am completely satisfied with my stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff was always kind and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I think I will definitely return on my future trips to Sarajevo.

Unfortunately, this property was very disappointing and appears to be poorly maintained. There was a significant amount of trash around the property, which took away from the overall experience. Inside the room, the bathroom ceiling was leaking, and there were areas where you could see exposed damage. The air conditioning was also essentially nonexistent, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The one positive was the staff—they were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the condition and maintenance of the property made it difficult to enjoy the stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving the property.

As a non smoker I found the hotel to be filled with cigarette smoke. This got to all floors. The cause is the smoking coffee bar beside the Checkin area with the door left open as well was staff smoking behind the counter at breakfast time. I really found this off putting. I thought the days of returning to my room with my clothes smelling of smoke were over but I guess not. The check in staff could be abrupt and lacked service delivery skills. They do speak English but some of the female staff were abrupt when asking simple questions of them. I had an apartment in the 5th floor but there were weddings taking place throughout the hotel and the noise of loud music along with people banging on my door at 3-5am was terrible and disturbing. Some were drunk and lots and others were kids thinking they were having a nice time. Overall I doubt I will stay here upon my return. Breakfasts were adequate but the crowds at the buffet were terrible.
