A nice hotel

A very nice、 small hotel. Located near the end of the old town. The surrounding at night is quiet. The bed is comfortable . There is a small refrigerator and a safe box in the room. The man sitting at the front desk is nice and willing to help. Only one thing bothered us. On the day of arrival, we check with the front disk. He said that the water in the refrigerator is free to use. And there is no price list on the top of the refrigerator. Therefore, we drank the water. The next day when we check out. Another man sitting on the front desk said that the water is not free. He insisted that we have to pay for it。 2 km for a small bottle of water.

Perfect hotel at old town centre

Located right at the centre of old town. The main mosque is right outside the window literally. Very close to the tram stop for transportation to other parts of the town. Included breakfast is very good, served with traditional Bosnian coffee (which is similar to Turkish coffee). Room very clean and in perfect condition. Staff is helpful and helps to printout my long-distance bus ticket that I bought online.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in easy walking distance of all the old town attractions and shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was, without exception, very friendly,helpful and receptive to all our questions. One of the young men even called a friend to pump up our low tire!! The breakfast was very nice, a good selection of hot and cold options. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it.

Hotel Old Town Sarajevo is fantastic! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town and super walkable to all the main sights.
