不满意：服务设施
This was one of the worst housing experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the house was extremely cold, and it remained cold throughout our entire stay. The hosts brought small portable radiators, but they were completely ineffective. The bathroom was freezing at all times.
When we raised our concerns, the hosts were irresponsible and dismissive. They repeatedly claimed that it was not cold, even though we were clearly uncomfortable and close to getting sick. When we asked either to change the accommodation or to add proper heating, we were ignored. Their responses were ignorant and distasteful.
The property looks nothing like the photos. There is no proper facade, the walls are extremely cold, and the overall insulation is terrible. As a result, all of us ended up sick. Additionally, there was no suitable parking space for our large vehicle, and many of the advertised amenities were missing.
Overall, it was a terrible experience.
