The property is very clean and had all amenities needed. It was snowing and frigid when we arrived, the decor had a warm feeling being inside. Plenty of throws available, we didn't need them but it gave that cozy feeling. Would definitely stay at another of James's property. Close to the cute downtown shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

I was in Sarasota Springs to see my niece row in the Regatta. Her Mom and sister met me there. The house was perfect for our needs. Great neighbourhood. Easy walking to town. Close to the park where the race was taking place. It was clean and well outfitted and checkin was effortless. It was a short trip so we didn’t have much time to explore but would definitely stay here again.
