3 bedroom, 2 bath house. Located on a quiet street walking distance to all that Saratoga Springs has to offer. Non smoking and pet free home. Central air, off street parking and washer and dryer included. Walk to campus or downtown. Fully furnished with fenced in back yard. *0.3 mile to Downtown, Broadway, dining, bars and entertainment *2 blocks to Bus and Shuttle route *1.7 mile to the Saratoga Race Course *3 miles to SPAC *0.7 mile to Skidmore campus *1.2 miles to Saratoga Polo Association

Couldn’t be happier

I visited with my husband and two grown sons and we had ample room in the home to spread out. The host was nice enough to leave us snacks and adult bevs too! The beds were comfy and the host provided everything we needed in the bathrooms. The house is in a charming neighborhood with easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We walked to Olde Bryan Inn for dinner which was great, and we loved looking at all of the gorgeous homes on the way. It’s a short drive to SPAC to see a concert which is why we were in Saratoga Springs.

Prime location in Saratoga

Two couples enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to downtown, great restaurants and of course, the Saratoga Race Course! Most of the homes in this neighborhood are well kept, charming older homes.
