"Too old. Need to upgrade. "

"Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Was probably beautiful in the past but could definitely use maintenance and a deep cleaning."

"This hotel is attached to mall. Big room and very clean. I am excited to stay at this hotel again in future."

"This is my second stay. Always clean, complete and comfortable. Close to food and transportation. "

"Hotel near main road with surrounding eateries. Need to use Grab service regularly for travelling from point A to B"

"Staff extremely accommodating! "

"周りにイオンモールや、フードコートがあるのでとても便利なエリアだと思います。部屋にタオルやアメニティ、など揃っていて、綺麗です。 ただ、お部屋に窓がなく、閉塞感があります。外の天気もわからず、朝から夜かもあまりわかりません。"

"I liked the location on Merdeka Square, with the riverside, Old Court House cafe and China Street close by, as well as the Borneo Cultures Museum. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff at the desk were always helpful."
