“The house was incredible, very well located, clean, beautiful, and very charming, in the most elegant neighborhood of Paris. It was well connected to transportation, and communication with the owner was excellent at all times. I recommend it 100%.”

“I had a couple issues during my stay- (1) the fan was not working (with no air conditioning, this made the room hot). (2) The bathroom sink would not drain (I was advised to go purchase a drain solution which I would be refunded for), (3) The stay requires an €800 Euro damage deposit to be paid on an external site. The deposit was supposed to be returned approx 15 days after the stay, but after not receiving it for 30+ days, I had to message and ask where it was- prob wouldn’t have got it back……

However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. “Great location, but unfortunately the apartment itself was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom had mold. The shower was clogged, there was a lagoon every time we shower and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the apartment looked poorly maintained and as though it was not well cared for. “I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. “Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”
