The den and kitchen have a modern open concept and the back yard offers a 600 square foot screened in porch. Come home from a lovely day on the lake and enjoy the beautiful evening on the porch or spend the day at The Grove in Oxford, MS and enjoy an Ole Miss sporting event. Just minutes from the well known Como Steakhouse and 10 minutes to the beautiful Sardis lake. Sardis Lake, MS, on the Tallahatchie River, is known for its sandy beaches and amazing crappie fishing. The marina features a lovely restaurant and bar, Rafters, with live music and fabulous food and drinks.
