Mi estancia en dp Cristal fue muy buena. Tiene una ubicación inmejorable justo a la salida rumbo a Portomarín pero en una zona con restaurantes, bares, etc. El hotel es extremadamente tranquilo y mi cuarto estaba impecable, parecía recién remodelado. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Si no califique al personal fue porque te mandan todo por adelantado y no tienes necesidad de contactar a nadie en la propiedad.

The location was excellent. The staff was attentive to our needs and walk through to our room was interesting. It was a boiler room made into a walk through and welcoming reception. Overall it was a grate place to start your Camino experienced. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay In Sarria before your journey on the Camino.

Hotel is in need of signs identifying facility location and phone number of staff who can assist with allowing entrance — as well as hours staff is available to help. Heater beeped every 20 minutes all night long. There was no way to turn it off. Facility is newly opened, these things require attention

This property is deceiving in every way. If you are traveling alone it is hard to find. No desk help. The whole process to access the premises sounds like a scam. Once you access the building you gave to endure the awful smell, unclean hallway that leads to the small apartments. The desk service is non existent. Please consider staying somewhere else. The owner of the place doesnt even bother to treat and welcome the guests…the businesses around the place do. The picture in the expedia website is not the same you see as you access the place. DO NOT TAKE KIDS TO THIS PLACE. Scary, smelly, non friendly.

Price was reasonable and location was perfect for Camino starters. It’s on the main trail of the Camino’s section in the Historic Center with plenty of restaurants & shops around. The main downtown of Sarria was at a walkable distance. The unit was a clean room & bathroom with no frills, linen & towels, nothing extra. What I didn’t like was having to use codes, one to get into the building and one to get into the unit. To get to the unit which is the one in the picture on Expedia you have to go through the main building with an entryway & corridor which was not a pleasant one & dark at night, there was a delay in sensor light going on upon entering. The other thing wrong was being able to hear the people talking late at night so there’s no insulation to buffer the noises from a common wall. So unfortunately didn’t get a good night sleep. No AC either, only heater, but you can open windows.

Vi ble møtt av en meget nedlatende og arrogant dame bak en inngangsdør ved en pub! Trodde dette var hotellet vi hadde tatt drosje til fra stasjonen. Men nei, fikk ikke beskjed om at det var et helt annet sted. Mail med koder til ulike dører et sted vi ikke ante hvor var. Ny taxi. Dyrt. Kostet oss over 22 euro pga dette Ektra. Lugubert der vi kom, gammel bygård. Trodde vi hadde fått flersengsrom på sovesal slik det så ut der. Men ei ansatt bodde der, hørte vi var nede i gangen og kom ned. Rommet var i bakgården. Hun var meget hyggelig masse ros til henne. Men… lite dopapir og håndklær, fullt av maur på rommet og i senga som for øvrig var steinhard. Klaustrofobisk rom pga man kunne gå rett inn på rommet via vinduet fra gatenivå, dårlig vifte og dårlig med lys. Anbefales ikke. Synd man blir møtt med så forferdelig attityde av den dama som avviste oss første plassen og endte med da taxi over hele byen for det andre stedet. Ryggen er vond, klør på kroppen pga maur som krøp hele natten og ødela nattesøvn.
