Five beds in a single room, with wallpaper peeling off, and all sorts of weird attempts at “renovation.” For the price, could be good for five backpackers. For two people expecting something worthy of the Vrbo/Expedia brand, not so much.”

“Has problem with the shuttle bus driver when we arrived at Echigo Yuzawa station as he insists us to show him the bus voucher. The apps that the hotel sent to me was unable to open so I told the driver that I will give it to him at the hotel but he didn't accept eventhough I showed him my booking and receipt. ”
