"No lift but we stayed on 4th floor.
One night it ran out of hot water in a sudden, and nothing they could do about it, just told us to wait till the next day.
Other then the issues above, other things are ok. The room is not big but it's reasonable for 2 people. Not recommend for families, but ok for single traveler or couple. "

"My stay at Living like Hotel Hakataekiminami was okay overall, but several issues affected the experience. On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, “No, we do not have that,” or “We do not provide that.”
There were a number of cons as well. I had to wait exactly until 3:00 PM to check in;...

"Hotel is 1.1 km walk from Hakata station. A bit of a walk with luggage or with children.
The street in front is not busy, and there's plenty of space to park temporarily, half way onto the front of the property to unload/load.
We stayed in room 102, in the DX Triple Room. In the only first floor room, I heard people coming out of the elevator, people checking in/out occasionally, but never heard any noise from above, though I'm unsure if there were any guests on the second floor. Hardly heard...
