"There was a washing machine but because in Japan everyone hang drys their clothes there is no dryer which is fine but there was no hangers to hang dry the clothes or laundry detergent. Previously at the other Grand Base we stayed in Fukuoka there was bars to hang clothes outside. "

"Comfortable accomodation for 2. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable (a little on the softer side). We could easily prepare breakfast in the morning with the small kitchen as well. The bus stop is very close by, as is a large 7-11. And we were also able to rent bikes for the day from this accomodation, which we really enjoyed! Check-in worked exactly as described. Recommended!"

"A great property. It’s in a beautiful residential street in a central location. The room is super spacious and comfortable. As a family travelling for a long period of time, we appreciated the space and facilities. The communal washing machine & dryer were really useful. "

"The apartment was clean and very accessible to local nightlife in Fukuoka. The checkin process was a little confusing but nothing horrible. Room was a little small for 5 people but the price was right so it made up for it. I would probably book again if a bigger place of comparable price wasn't available. "
