到達目的地前早幾日聯絡住宿，查詢入住程序，沒有人回覆，查電郵兩天沒有回覆 尋找訂購指引，亦沒有指示 到達機場時致電聯絡，客服不懂英文溝通 我和仔仔帶著行李到達住宿地下，地下沒有指示，再嘗試致電聯絡要求懂英語的客服，有位懂英語，但是發音是日語英文，用了數分鐘才能理解要步行另一地點check in，感到非常無奈 住宿環境舒適，服務員是友善的，無奈沒有好的準備，便影響一切感受 Expedia有指示是入住24小時會收到入住信息，可惜等了又等，也沒有收到

เป็นห้องพักที่ราคาดีมากๆ คุ้มค่า คุ้มราคา ห้องกว้างเป็นสัดส่วน ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ JR ฮากาตะ ใกล้เคียงกันมีแหล่งท่องเที่ยวแหล่งช็อปปิ้งและใกล้ Lawson ทำให้เดินทางสะดวก ภายในห้องมีตู้เก็บรองเท้า ห้องอาบน้ำ ห้องส้วม เครื่องซักผ้า อ่างล้างหน้าและของใช้ มีตู้เย็นที่มีตู้แช่และช่องฟรีซ มีไมโครเวฟ เตาแก๊ส กาน้ำร้อนและเครื่องครัว ในห้องนอนเตียงนุ่มมาก มีฮีตเตอร์ ตู้เก็บเสื้อผ้าที่ใหญ่มาก มีเตารีดและที่รองรีด มีไดรเป่าผม มีตัวหนีบสำหรับหนีบเสื้อผ้ามีไม้แขวนเสื้อ และราวตากผ้าให้ มีโต๊ะและเก้าอี้สำหรับนั่งทานข้าว มีไวไฟฟรีและมีโทรทัศน์ หลังห้องมีระเบียงที่สามารถออกไปชมวิวได้ มีถังขยะสำหรับแยกขวด และขยะอื่นๆ มีฮีตเตอร์และแอร์คอนดิชั่นให้ด้วย สะวดกสบายมาก ครั้งหน้าจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกค่ะ

とても綺麗で、キッチンや食器、調理道具も揃っていて、良かったです。 お手洗いと、バスルームも分かれていて良かったです。8階で、景色も良かった。
