"It was nice having the hotel next to the Hakata Station. Talk about convenience. Buffet breakfast was decent. It was nice and orderly in typical Japanese fashion. The staff were all very friendly. I utilized their luggage transfer service which was easy to maneuver (it’s all done digitally) All together, we had a pleasant stay at JR Blossom Hakata Central."

"I recommend hotels.com and all travellers to block this hotel Unprofessional and unhelpful staffs, long time uncleaned room Dirty and bad smelling bed sheets, dirty tissue box and mirror Staffs were not willing to solve problems and kept saying to tell me to give them time and wasted me more than one hour on the phone calls. To change the bed sheets, a woman just tried to change for one bed, and she said she could not change for both beds alone, she had to call another staff to help How unprofessional their staff are"

"I am solo traveling Japan and the room, staff, and location were amazing in my books. Room was very much adequate to my needs as I found myself exploring the city and outside of it. Staff were always welcoming and very communicative with me, and the area hosted a lot of good eat spots to try the local cuisine. "
