“The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). It is spacious, but it's on the second floor and faces the back of the building, so it gets no sunlight and remains very dark even during the day. The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.”

This is very good hotel and I definitely will stay next time if I come back to Fukuoka. The room is not big but it provides everything I need for every details like shower cloth, comb etc. The shower is nice and hot water temperature is excellent. It is very clean. Although I chose no room cleaning for three days, they provide clean towels and other things each day at my door step. The double bed is comfortable. Per my request, they gave me extra pillow since I felt single pillow is not enough.……
