「The staff are awesome at this hotel. I asked for a couple of things before i even checked in and they were done. Totally love this hotel. The pool area is wonderful and relaxing. 」

「Nice place but badly needs some upkeep — cracked tile in elevator, walls need paint. Clean, no complaints there, but weary. 」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「Parking was good. The hotel part was under construction so during the day it got quite noisy. But thats to be expected. The pool area was really cool with the huge lighthouse and palm trees that were decorated with lights. We went to eat breakfast in the am and the food was phenomenal! But our server was even better. Super polite, and very fast!」

「Rooms were nice, staff was nice…bedding was clean! The only small negative was the charging ports at the nightstand. The actual ports were so loose that none of the cords would stay securely in to charge. I always try to find a Hampton wherever we go! 」
