「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「Not in the most ideal location, and although the price was fair, the room was fairly clean (some dog kibble was still there from the last guests), and the attached restaurants made our stay easier, there were too many little things (dirty stairwells, food and garbage in the hallways, groups of drinking teens at some entrances/exits, etc.) that addd up to an "OK" stay instead of a great stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating and the restaurant bartender/waiter was extremely helpful,...

「Everything was great except that the day I arrived they'd apparently had some issue where the kitchen was temporarily closed. A couple of days later they had a limited menu, which was good. They have great french fries and I had a chicken caesar wrap as well. The kitchen problem was the only issue. I've stayed there before and I would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.」
