The accommodation
The vacation home Jastoria is quietly located between Sassnitz and the ferry port Mukran. The house has room for 4-6 people. There are two entrances to the house, one from the street side and one from the garden side via the terrace.
On the first floor there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a dining table for 6 people in addition to the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom with shower. There is extra seating for small children, which can be used as a children's table and chair or as a high chair with a clip-on board. In the living room there is a large U-shaped leather couch, a rocking chair with stool and a stove. A large television is of course also available, as well as a small stereo system. The TV is connected to the Wifi, so you can also use various streaming services (using your own accounts). There is a small selection of games and books for young and old in the living room to keep boredom at bay even in rainy weather.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed. In the larger bedroom (left) there is also a 0.80x2.00m day bed, which can also be pulled out to 1.60m wide. In the other bedroom (on the right) there is also space for a baby travel cot (provided on request). Both bedrooms are equipped with a closet, each of which has 3 wire basket drawers, two shelves and a clothes rail as well as hangers for hanging clothes. There is a small corner bath in the upstairs bathroom. There is also a potty for the little ones.
The large new terrace invites you to linger together. In the garden you can use the two sun loungers to lie in the sun.

A bicycle stand for bicycles brought along is also available on request.
Access for guests
Please contact the hostess as soon as you have passed Stralsund - approx. 35 minutes before arrival. You will then get the code for the key safe.
Further important information
The municipality of Sassnitz is a health resort and therefore charges a visitor's tax per guest per day. In the high season (1.5.-30.9. as well as Easter, Christmas/New Year's Eve) the visitor's tax is €1.50 per person per day, in the low season €1.00 per person per day. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from paying the visitor's tax.

It is generally possible to bring a dog or cat, for an extra cleaning fee. The number of animals is limited to a maximum of 2, stating size, age and breed. Proof of pet liability insurance must be provided in the event of damage.
