“Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed a welcome comfort after some nights on very hard mattresses, and the bathroom spacious and luxurious. We recommend the full pensione. “A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.”

“This was our first time in Alta Badia and hotel col alto was perfect! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The ski room made storing your equipment very easy and was well organized. The wellness center had lovely saunas and a nice pool/jacuzzi - just what you need after a day of skiing. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of foods and everything was delicious! The only thing was that they didn’t offer tap water in the rooms, so we’d recommend stopping by the……

“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……
