Was a comfortable stay, great location for us visit the Ferrari museum. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. We was invited to a local party which was really nice, we wasn’t feeling well and we was gutted we couldn’t attend. Staff were friendly. We was disappointed with the spa and pools, we weren’t aware of the €20 fee per person prior to booking and didn’t visit. It’s a little bit misleading on the listing.

Fee for hotel included entrance to wellness facility next door. It was first class including lockers and showers, steam room, very nice hot tub, and 2 indoor pools, as well as outdoor pool. Don’t forget to bring bath towel from room as they don’t provide towels. Unfortunately, the hotel was under renovation and restaurant was closed. They were still able to provide very good buffet breakfast.

nice stay, lovely place and surroundings

I missed a restaurant in the facility. Besides that, everything was very good. Love the area, the people very gentle. A little bit old though but definetely will come back. Just to enjoy the nature and the surroundings makes it worthy.

Du bien et du moins bien

TrĂšs déçu que le restaurant Ă©tait fermĂ©. Il semble qu’il n’y a plus de restaurant. Ils nous ont conseillĂ© quelques restaurants et nous en avons choisi un trĂšs bon. La chambre est trĂšs propre et trĂšs grande. Nous avions 2 salles de bains avec Ă©vier, bidet, wc et douche. Pour la douche, il faut ĂȘtre trĂšs mince
 je devais rentrer mon ventre pour pouvoir rentrer dans la douche
 Avec la chambre, nous avions accĂšs Ă  la piscine des thermes mais pas au thermes. C’est vieillot mais correct.

Muy disgustado. En la habitaciĂłn hubo una fuga de agua, no me avisaron y no se podĂ­a dormir por el mal olor, se limitaron a decir que lo sentĂ­an pero que el hotel estaba lleno y no podĂ­an hacer nada. No tuvieron ningĂșn detalle de ningĂșn tipo conmigo. No voy a ir mĂĄs y no recomendarĂ© este hotel a nadie.

Bene l'accoglienza, camera singola pulita, non particolarmente confortevole, letto piccolo, TV sulla scrivania, bagno con sanitari piccoli (doccia davvero minuscola). Colazione buonissima. Parcheggio privato in corte, sicuro e tranquillo.

Beautiful hotel sorrounded by nature by a thermal water complex. If you want to try the pools they'll give you a cheaper rate ($15). Place is super clean, quiet, outdoor restaurant and bar. Beautiful

Disappointing visit- not is all as it seams!

Nothing open, no in-house bar or restaurant (all closed as I guess its off-season, but this is not made clear in the advertising). Closest facility 20 min walk away. Staff not very helpful (apart from one friendly receptionist who was present around 10am each morning). Shower leaked and made significant puddle in bathroom, told it was because it was a disabled shower and needed to close the screen in a certain way, which made no difference. Selected at it had a gym (which along with the spa was a good facility for a hotel) but this does not appear to be part of the hotel hence you have to pay EUR10 per visit- not a major expense but this is certainly not made clear when booking. Maybe a better facility in the summer??????
