“House had everything we needed for a relaxing family beach vacation!”

“This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach……

“Great location”

“We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. More on the house; super clean, tons of towels, all the utensils u will need, beds were comfortable , bbq was great, quiet neighborhood, pool was big, and jacuzzi was nice. Also has great……

“My Family loved this little house. Pool was nice and of course we had great weather. It's short walk to the beach with all your beach essentials there in the garage. Beds were comfy too, street can be a little busy at times, but other than that we would come back if we are down this way again!”

“Property is large and roomy. We only stayed two nights while getting our group together for a cruise. A short walk to the beach where you have a great view of cruise ships leaving and entering port and of the rocket launch facilities. We didn't cook so I cant comment on appliances or kitchenware. It was convenient to have use of the garage as we needed to unload and load vehicles a couple times.”

“it is so charming and what was once a private residence was divided into different cottages with use of common areas. really liked it and i was happy to not be in a hotel with noisy guests other people but quiet would reccomend this place. was relaxing”

Wonderful to be able to watch the sunrise with coffee. Excellent experience. Short walk to public access due to condo construction.”

“It was very comfortable and a great ocean view from the balcony which we had our coffee out there as we listened to the sound of the waves rolling in. Even though repairs (outside of part of the building and pool) are being conducted it did not affect our stay. The owner communicated well with us and made us feel so welcome!
