"El tfno proporcionado y con el que piden que te pongas en contacto 24 hs antes no coge nadie...fuimos al Hotel que vimos se llamaba igual a preguntar puesto que no hay recepción en el edificio. y por casualidad acertamos pero si no la verdad es que no responden al tfno y es un problema importante. El aparcamiento no está controlado y no encontramos lugar para nuestro coche. Por lo demás y una vez que conozco el procedimiento volvería"

"Wir sind als Familie hier gewesen und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Anlage und der Pool sind schön und direkt vor der Anlage ist ein Spielplatz mit Fußballplatz, Basketball, Skateboard-Rampen und in der direkten Nähe gibt es eine Minigolfanlage und einen Fahrradverleih. Zum Einkaufen gibt es einige Kilometer entfernt in Ondres einen Carrefour City, der bis Mitternacht offen hat. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, nur manchmal musste man recht lange einen Parkplatz suchen. Am Strand...

"Absolutely stunning view from the balcony! Flat was comfortable with everything we needed and was easy to get to as we were travelling by train. We went to the Halles to pick up delicious food and ate well while watching the sea and the sun from the balcony. So relaxing and just what we needed. Natalie was very helpful and friendly."

"Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages. If you have mobility issues, know that you cannot drive up to the entrance. And the elevator is really tiny so we mostly used stairs. Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive. If you can avoid a car in Biarritz, I would. It’s a very walkable place. "

"Right off the autobahn. Very convenient to restaurants and groceries. Nothing fancy. Practical if you are looking for an overnight stay. That said, the drive to the local beaches is quick and the staff is very friendly and supportive with our dogs. Second stay. Will stay again. I feel very safe there. Parking feels secure as well. Try the regional vinegar/sauce. It’s delicious. "
