“I do not recommend this hotel for anyone coming for Umrah or visiting the Holy Mosque. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary shuttle service to the Haram. However, upon check-in, I was told that there is no shuttle service during Ramadan and that I should use public transportation instead (they pointed to the buses outside). These buses had extremely long lines, were overcrowded, and the boarding process felt very disorganized, with people being……

“Extremely disgusting place to stay... We booked a non-smoking room but they put us in a smoking room. I couldn't breathe and felt like I was suffocating in the tiniest hotel room... I did complain, but they said they had no other room available.. The bathroom had a strong smell of a toilet leak... It was so gross and they had an open shower with just a curtain slmost touching the dirty toilet. Never ever stay here!!!! The staff was also terrible and did not speak English..or pretended to. ”
