Had a great time in Saugatuck! The condo is clean and well equipped. It is conveniently located and is just a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Great location and close to downtown Saugatuck. Very clean and perfect size for 2 couples. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the condo! It was very clean and welcoming. Just a small suggestion-we went to run the dishwasher the night before we left and couldn’t find any detergent. We ended up just doing our dishes by hand, which wasn’t a big deal. We weren’t at the condo that much. It was hot when we were in Saugatuck, but the living room AC unit works well. By the evening, we were fine with the windows open in the bedrooms. Thank you!

Beautiful place to stay

This condo was great, clean and had a beautiful view to overlook the water and sit outside. Close walking distance to downtown with restaurants and shops. Mike and Teresa were great, very attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations!

Great location and super nice place. Clean, quiet, spacious, and well-appointed condo. Terry was fast to respond to an issue of another renter parked in our #12 spot which she quickly got resolved. This place is a winner.

Perfect Saugatuck Stay

We had such a wonderful time at this property. Spacious, walkable to downtown (10-12 min walk), beautiful scenery with outdoor patio set. Comfortable beds, good shower water pressure, full kitchen (although bring your own basics like oil and/or foil if you plan to cook!). Thank you so much for hosting us, we will be thrilled to come back.

Peaceful get away

Beautiful property, very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, close to everything in Saugatuck and Douglas. Used key box and had no need to contact property manager. Will definitely be back!

This adorable condo is convenient to downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach, great restaurants, Saugatuck Brewing Company and much more. It also has a kitchen for an easy breakfast in after a great night sleep in comfy beds. The good weather made for an even better stay!

Wonderful condo in beautiful Saugatuck

This is a lovely condo that is just a few minutes walk to downtown Saugatuck, It is perfect for a family or couple with comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living area. It is quiet with Kalamazoo Lake just across the street. My family loves staying here. You can't find a lovelier, more affordable condo in all of Saugatuck.

Perfect weekend!

Loved the place and our stay. Had everything we needed, was comfortable and homey. All the furniture was very comfortable! (Loved the couch and recliner!) Enjoyed our walks to town and just sitting outside at the apartment. Will definitely be back.

Wedding weekend

Relaxing Weekend - Perfect Location

Mike & Teresa's condo was perfect for me and my two daughters for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. I wanted a place close enough to town that we could walk. It was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. We all loved the windows with the view of the lake and watching all the people walk by. Thank you! We would love to come back.

Nice stay at this property

My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this property. This unit is the end unit of a row of one story connected apartments. It sits across the street from Kalamazoo lake so there is a bit of a lake view. Being an end unit there were lovely windows in the living room. Furniture is comfortable and very nice TV with ample options for viewing. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfortable though pillows were pretty dense. Bathroom was also nice and towels great. The walk to town is about .5 miles. The location and surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. It was chilly so we had to use the baseboard heating.
