Staying at the Luckystone Inn was a fabulous experience and convenient to everything in downtown Saugatuck. Sarah is an awesome host! She is super friendly and will keep you well informed about everything you need to know.

The proprietor was super friendly, very informative and a great cook. Location was phenomenal walking to everything didn’t need your car unless you wanted to go out and about a lot further. Would Highly Recommend this B&B.

This is a great place to stay! All the rooms are newly updated, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were amazing. Sarah is an amazing host! Absolutely would stay with her again.

Great Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is perfect... walkable to the adorable town & within 10 minute drive of many other activities. It poured rain one day and Sarah had great suggestions for things to do. Sarah is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Michigan.

This is a charming little bed and breakfast. While the rooms are not overly large ( the bathroom was tiny) it is very nicely decorated, very comfortable, and within an easy walk in everything in town. The outside porch swing was a nice touch ( a touch of paint is in order, but its a lovely place to spend time with a nice book.

very quaint and quiet location on side street. Can park your vehicle entire weekend, and walk everywhere. Would be nice to have a microwave in room for popcorn or heating up your coffee. Excellent water pressure in shower! very spa like. Would come again. Very nice property owners.

Fabulous Inn in a perfect location

The Luckystone Inn is a fabulous four suite inn in downtown Saugutuck close to all the restaurants/nightlife, shopping, and the waterfront. Tucked just off the main street it is quiet but close to everything. While the Inn was at full occupancy we also never heard noise from the other guests. The yummy breakfast fueled us well to start our days. Sarah, the owner, was on site every morning tending to breakfast but also making recommendations, answering questions and chatting. Our stay at the Luckystone Inn was comfortable and easy-going.

Home away from home!

When Sarah found out we were celebrating my daughter's 45th birthday, she upgraded our room to a first-floor with sitting area (and direct porch access.) She was so solicitous about our comfort: abundant coffee, yogurt, juice, muffins, pillows, towels, bottled water, and even a bottle of wine! The king-sized bed was really comfortable. Bonus: location! Even at 70+ years, I was easily able to walk everywhere.

The rooms were nicely set up, the beds and pillowed were very comfortable. Nice touches like tea we can make at anytime, wine, water, coffee maker, and mini fridge in the room. Sarah was a great hostess and made delicious breakfast in the morning!

Rooms were spacious, the separate sitting area was large enough to be passable even with large sofa bed expanded. Large fridge meant we could keep all our beverages and meds cold. Location at end of dead end street, but right in downtown, was perfect, quiet and so very convenient. Breakfast was lovely, good coffee, terrific quiche, scones that I want to try making at home, other stuff I didn't eat as I was so happy with quiche and scones. This combination of space, location, and food makes this my new favorite BnB in Naugatuck. (And communication was excellent!)

Just the best experience! My husband, who doesn’t like B&Bs, loved this. Sarah is a terrific hostess, she made staying very enjoyable! Having off street parking in downtown Saugatuck is fantastic. Everything is walkable. Most rooms have their own entrance, so you aren’t walking through someone’s home to get to your room. We had the Old Harbor Suite which had it’s own porch. I’d stay again in a heartbeat!
