Beautiful property

Loved the refurbished property and all the small details that are included… such a huge help and savings not to bring / buy several one-time use items! The fire pit was a great time, location is supremely walkable to the town and all it has to offer. Would definitely stay again the next time we come to town.

This property was amazing with everything as stated in the description and more! New and perfect layout for a family vacation. It gave everyone the space they needed with a well stocked kitchen and many extras that made the stay a delight! We would absolutely stay here again!

The best time!

We had the BEST time at Grandview Cottage! The location was amazing and the house was absolutely gorgeous. It was so well-appointed - it had everything we needed to have an amazing weekend, and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, the coffee/tea bar was awesome, there were games for the adults and kids, gorgeous linens & towels (including beach towels!) - I could go on and on. It was one of, if not THE best, stays we've had in Saugatuck. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful House!!!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and every detail thought through. So many places to hang out, the porch was great to sit with our coffee in the morning even in the cold. The management company was very communicative and shared a great guidebook before we got there filled with things to do which was awesome. Will definitely look at Art Coast properties again! Thank you!

Simply the best!

I rented Grandview with four good friends for a girls’ fall weekend trip. This house offers everything we could’ve ever hoped for- a short walk to downtown Saugatuck, a cottage vibe with luxe amenities, a stocked chef’s kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms! We will be making this an annual event, if it doesn’t book up first!
