The best vacation home!

Our family and friends had the best experience! The house was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, accommodated 8 people with ease, and was in a perfect location to downtown and the marina. We loved this sweet home and will definitely be back.

Moms get away weekend

We loved our stay! Place had everything we needed! Very comfty beds! We were close to walk to everything, and enjoyed a night in the hot tub, and playing games! Cant wait to come back!

Great winter getaway spot

We loved staying in this beautiful home for a brief winter getaway. The house accommodates seven or eight adults perfectly and was equipped with everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to town and being pretty close to Saugatuck Dunes State Park for cross country skiing.

What a Gem!

Our family stayed at the cottage and it was absolutely amazing!!! The house had everything you can think of. Super clean and spacious. Rooms were wonderful, enough space for 6 people. Amazing location.with walking distance to town. Outdoor space and accommodation were just perfect. We wish we could have stayed way longer!!! Thank you!

The Sunny Side Cottage is a charming updated home, right in the town of Saugatuck. This is an older home with lots of beautiful updates and everything was immaculate. Communication was perfect-before our stay, during our stay and check-out. The 5 of us loved spending our mornings drinking coffee on the front porch and hanging out on the deck at night. The hot tub was an added bonus and was very relaxing after a day walking around town. It was an easy 10min walk to downtown where you can find lots of cute shops and great food. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. Even though you are only 10mins away from town, it felt very private and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having individual heating/cooling units in every room. The 2 twin beds were a little smaller than expected. They are twins but seem closer to a toddler size. They would be perfect for kids but some adults may find it too small. Overall, I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Saugatuck area.
