Sunday night free concerts at main beach and at fairy lake bandshell in Southampton. Canoeing and kayaking down Saugeen river via Thorncest outfitters in Paisley and Southampton. Board rentals and Yoga boarding at the beach available at information booth in Port Elgin. Fly fishing and fishing boat rentals for saugeen river.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.

PETS are permitted in the cottage only with prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet refuse. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations, all other vaccinations, and heart worm prevention. Topical flea and tick repellent application three (3) days prior to arrival. The cottage owner assumes no responsibility for illness injury or death that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
