Easy access nice pool

Easy access for the motorway , handy for a stopover on the way south . The room is a bit tired but comfy enough with good A/C . The room is motel style with car outside front door and another door that leads to a terrace with a table and chairs out onto the garden and the pool. There is a pool bar and restaurant for dinner and breakfast .Dinner was reasonable with some tasty regional cooking. Breakfast usual buffet choices. Next to the hotel is a large bank of Tesla chargers which may be useful for some

On arrival the appearance is less than welcoming - untidy looking at best. Initial reception went well. Room was standard however the window blind had fallen off. Only one additional pillow was available - for two people staying in a double room? On reporting the room blind broken, despite being told "I'll come with you to look" I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, in Reception whilst other 'new arrivals' were dealt with. We were then just given a different room - obviously there were insufficient staff available in this instance which was unsatisfactory. The restaurant and bar area were very satisfactory as was the food provided for both dinner & breakfast. We have stayed several times at this hotel over the years but will be looking for a different one on our next visit as we pass through the area.

Wij zijn positief verrast door de vriendelijkheid, uitstekende service, kwaliteit en uitrusting van de kamer. Boven onze verwachtingen voor een budget hotel. Beskidte gulve i resturant

Vi har ovenattet her en del gange og kan standarden er faldet der er meget beskidt i deres resturant, morgenmaden er slet ikke dom på andre Ibis hoteller værelserne er okay trænger til en opdatering der er ret nusset. Vi plejer at være tilferedse men det er vi ikke denne gang.

Gammelt slitt og falleferdig

Praktisk at hotellet ligger rett ved motorvegen og at det er ladestasjon for El-bil på stedet, samt gratis parkering. Ekstremt dårlig rom. Lite, trangt, gammelt og slitt. Ingen håndklær på rommet, baderomsinnredning som holder på å falle fra hverandre. Gangene minner om en dårlig skrekkfilm. Har bodd på mange Ibis hotell, men dette var ekstremt skuffende, man hadde lyst til å kjøre videre fremfor å legge seg til å sove. Personalet snakket dårlig engelsk, så fikk ikke en gang kjøpt en flaske vann før avreise. Kommer ikke til å bruke dette hotellet igjen!

Une étape sympa au retour des vacances

Un hotel étape tres sympa, propre, calme et accueillant. Bel espace piscine/terrasse pour se relaxer après la route. Personnel très sympathique et resto agréable sur place. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

Vriendelijke medewerkers. Uitstekend diner en goed internationaal ontbijtbuffet. Koffie, thee, verse jus d'orange. Laadpalen bij het hotelterrein. Enige ergernis: ee groepje Duitse mensen met thermoskannen die doodleuk die kannen allemaal vulden voor onderweg. De een deed het met kopjes en dan 5 keer lopen, de ander gewoon bij de koffiemachine. N'y retournerai pas

Absence de serviettes dans la chambre signalé sans présentation d'excuses. Mon paiement n'avait pas été noté, il m'a donc été demandé une seconde fois (heureusement que j'ai moi-même effectué la réservation, si cela avait été mon entreprise j'aurais payé une seconde fois). Une fois précédente on m'a également accusé de ne pas avoir réglé mon repas. Je n'y retournerai pas, je vais tester les autres hôtels de la zone. Cependant, à noter la propreté des chambres et couloirs, la qualité du petit déjeuné et la vitesse du service du restaurant le soir.
