"From the outside it looks like an old building, which made it really surprising entering such a lovely apartment. Whoever decorated this place exemplifies the French panache for style. It felt homely and we each had our own room. Was so relaxing and slept so well."

"The place is located on top of a night club that is open from Wednesday to Saturday up until 6 am. With bells ringing at 7:30am. When confronted about it, owner deflected and lied about the club being in the description. Drunk young people screaming all night long with glass bottles all around. The place itself is spacious but certainly not clean. Stairway smells like a ski locker (wet feet mold) place itself smells like fresh paint. The kind that gives you a headache. Bed sheets are...

"VRBO did not forward the information needed to access the apartment so we had to contact the host directly. He responded quickly and we enjoyed our stay. We walked to Chez Kim Vietnamese Restaurant for a wonderful dinner!"

"A beautiful property in a great location, right behind the cathedral and walkable to all of Old Town and lots of restaurants. The apartment itself is stunning, with great views, and the guest manual includes a detailed history of Bourges. We were able to do laundry as well (in building but not in unit) after some coordination with the host."
