Good location. Easy access from I -75, convenience to Applebees, and to Soo locks, the Marine museum, shopping, etc.

The desk morning lady’s was really nice. Other then that everyone that we had to talk to staff wise was very rude and didn’t have very go customer service skills. The pool area was dirty and the only thing that work was the pool. When we went up to the front desk to let them know the hot tub was not working the lady was very rude and said you should have been told that when you check in just use the pool.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good and options for just about anyone. Room was clean and inviting,plenty of towels. The little lotion was nice and unexpectedly useful. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again in the future if I’m in the Soo

Great inexpensive stay.

One of the few least expensive in the area and for the price it was reasonable worth the stay. Decently clean, and other that not having smart tv, everything worked properly including the hot tub. We’ll definitely stay there again!

steve at check-in was as good as you could ask for. He was very friendly, helpful and provided the service everyone would want to experience . He went above and beyond in my opinion and made my stay with them a great experience.

I liked that there was a place to get dinner next door. The hotel layout is dumb, with the elevators all the way in back. My room was second floor in front so it was like a maze. the rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Everything was great. Fair price good breakfast and friendly staff. Clean and good location. Didn't go to the pool or yard area. The bed was horribly uncomfortable but still a 5 star experience. Went to the falls(less than an hour) highly recommended

Parking lot has a couple big potholess. Other than thst the hotel is great. Amazing staff, nice pool and hottub (does have weak jets.) Rooms are clean and in great shape.

Okay hotel

The beds and the room were good. The jets in the hot tub do not work. They may be doing construction but i didnt see signs of it. All the baseboards in the halls were missing.
