Located in the town of Saulxures-sur-Moselotte and 3 km from the center of Cornimont (all shops), this cottage with an enclosed and secure garden is south-facing in the Ballons des Vosges National Park. Offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Vosges peaks.
Well-equipped and comfortable, this vacation spot is ideal for relaxation and discovery.
Hiking trails are directly accessible from the cottage. The Hautes Vosges Greenway and the Saulxures-sur-Moselotte water sports center are nearby.
The cottage is supplied with spring water. A detached house with a veranda entrance.

Ground floor: sitting area with coffee table, armchairs, sofa, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch TV.
Very well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Living room opening onto the enclosed garden, which includes a 30m² terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, and deckchairs.

On the 1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms (the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed and a single bunk bed),
- bathroom (shower),
- separate toilet.

Baby essentials are available free of charge: bathtub, travel cot, changing mat, etc. Safety gate on the stairs.

Pets are not allowed.

Heating and electricity are provided with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 80 kWh per week (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).

From Epinal follow RN57 and at Remiremont take Mulhouse, Gérardmer, la Bresse. Continue towards Gérardmer, la Bresse and at the St-Amé roundabout turn right to Vagney, la Bresse. It is advisable to go through CORNIMONT: at Cornimont, at the traffic lights (only one traffic light) turn left, then right towards Baudimont/Col de Lauvy for 3 km to 121 chemin des Etivals. A sign indicating the direction of the gîte "Le Garn"i indicates the last fork on the left (then continue to the Chemin des Étivals).
