“The cottage was perfect. Met all my needs and will come back again. ”

“Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return……

“Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. ”

“We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is a very comfortable space, and yes, the bathroom is small, but it is functional and everything is there. Also, it’s priced fair. I will definitely book again if we come back. Only one small item I……

“Lovely place for a week-end getaway ! We enjoyed the calm and privacy of the property. Minutes from downtown Newport, but away from the crowd. Lori was very attentive to our needs, and helped book a great restaurant. The only thing I would improve is to get a small microwave for the cottage, warming up food on the stovetop was not the best... Otherwise , great experience , would visit again !”

The scenery is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The cottage had everything we needed and was wonderful to return to after a day of exploring.”
