"The location is excellent although it is a 20 minute walk to the train station for the Gare Du Nord. Very close to a park and nice boulangerie and butchers within 10 min walk. Plenty of space for our group of 10. "

"We had a great time at this location. Good train connections to different places at Paris, a very friendly English speaking host and a nice surrounding at Eaubonne. The appartment is perfect for family with two children. Supermarche is just around the corner, and the street is very quite at the same time."

"The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. "
