“Perfectly located about 15min from everything you would want to do in the area, super quiet clean and cute with amazing views. This is absolutely the perfect spot for a quick couples get away in a cozy and private cabin. “First off I’d like to say, with this being a renovated old-school house it is truly immaculate; it has everything you need and more. If you don’t stay here and feel like you’re in a classroom with a huge library of reading material all around you then this place is not for you. There is reading material for all ages. Up-to-date kitchen with all the amenities, nice bedrooms, a gas fireplace which kept the place quite warm, more than adequate bathroom, nice property and a firepit outside. Excellent location, near what you need but also very quiet. Host provided excellent touches above and beyond. The next time I visit Gainesville, this will be the first place I check.”

The guidebook is great for not only local fare, but also items in the home that might need instructions. Out in nature, but paved throughout made the drive easy. “The cottage was perfect for my husband and me! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, and had every convenience. Our every need was addressed from coffee and tea to paper towels and laundry soap. Even outside lights that were on an automatic timer! Fencing made it feel private and remote. Yes, there is road noise from 441, but, it wasn't a big deal at night and we weren't there much during the day. We had white noise from the a/c fan when we needed it. We loved how convenient the cottage is……
