My family really enjoyed our trip to Helen, GA. The property was just as pictured. The house was recently updated and everything was clean and exactly what we were expecting.

Great getaway

Our family had a great time at our stay in this cabin. The cabin was located on a quiet road close to Helen and a few hiking locations. We also roasted some marshmellows in the firepit out back. Our trip to Helon was great getaway and we enjoyed every minute.

Beautiful House & Location

This house was beautiful and in a great location. The host was friendly and very responsive and communicative. I would definitely stay at this house or any other houses this host has. This was perfect for the reason why we were staying at Helen. We were able to bring our dog, without any issue. The beds were comfortable and very clean linens. Supplies were there for the fire pit out back which was enjoyable.

Vacation

Property was nice, who ever cleans didn’t do a good job at all. The toilets were slimy. Popcorn all under the cabinet on the floor, towels and wash clothes were not cleaned and stained. Sheets were clean on beds but white comforters had not been washed. No ice trays or ice maker. Nowhere to hang clothes in any of the closets .. ceiling fan blades in family room covered in dust. Oven was dirty and needed cleaning. I suggestion is to hire a new cleaning crew.

The Spot

The place was beautiful.. the shower curtain was dirty on the outside at the bottom in the master bedroom . The television never worked. I called and texted and it was never fixed.

Not bad, but need improvement.

My first sight was a ton of trash in the entrance, I understand the bear may cause it, but after 3 days booked no body came to pick it up. The bunkbed frame broken not useful, have to move the mattress to the floor, additional under the beds so dirty, debris, dust, parts of old furniture, socks, toys, candy wraps, etc. Totally unacceptable!! As least I was expecting the cleaning fee refund, just received $100 in General words, the house is not a bad deal, but have to improve small but very important details, also pay more attention to the furniture and cleanliness after every guest. Great location just 13 minutes from Down town Helen.
