Perfect for our family

It was only about 10 minutes from everything. Far enough out for privacy and quietness but close enough!! We would definitely stay here again. Also we locked ourselves out and they were so quick to get to us to let us in!

Close to everything but very private.

We’ve been to Helen many times and have recently switched to using Vacasa. This cabin was about a 10 minute drive from town as well as very close to Unicoi state park. Unlike other rentals, this cabin felt very private. We heard a child laughing from a nearby cabin once during the day but otherwise could not see or hear anyone else. The trees were blooming with the loveliest flowers which made a wonderful backdrop for the hot tub, fire pit, and deck with outdoor seating. We were also offered lte checkout for ab additional fee for which I am incredibly grateful. We could have left at 10 am, but sleeping late after a long weekend with family and checking out at 2 after lunch in town was just perfect. Note: the code on the door resets at 10 am, so when we returned to the cabin we found ourselves unable to enter. A quick call to customer service allowed us to find the key and get back in. Overall, this cabin was a great fit for family (eight adults and one child aged six). Two of the three bathrooms also had pumps in the showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was nice because I’d forgotten to pack my own.
