「It was a nice hidden affordable gem just steps from the beach! the property was well maintained and the best part was it was close to a local bar (recommend getting the small chicharrones) a breakfast place right behind and a market 2 minutes away walking, Eagle beach is only 15 mins away by car.11/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend if you are looking for basic amenities and want to get away from the touristy area. Local are very nice.」

「This place was a home away from home. Simple and quaint!! Marie and John were wonderful host. They shared local favorites for restaurants and beaches. Told us where to snorkel with turtles and what were things we had to do while there. We suggest you rent a car as you are away from the tourist area but that is exactly what we wanted. The beach out front did not disappoint. You can still drive a short distance to get to all the hustle and bustle and the tourist attractions and then return back...

「Definitely a place to get away from it all, no crowds almost seems like your the only one there. I would definitely recommend getting a car, taxis are not easy to get and it’s a bit pricey especially if you want to explore. It approximately 25-30$ to go to town by cab. The host responded very quickly and addressed all my questions and gave excellent recommendations.」
