“The whole resort was amazing! Food was good especially for an “all inclusive”. Staff was great and always making sure we didn’t need anything. The resort is on the other side of Aruba so any activities, shopping, etc. is about a 30-45 minute drive. We rented a car to explore. Highly recommend Secrets!”

“Staff were nice and tried to be helpful.
Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many.
Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ones.
Wifi doesn't work properly.
We were not all inclusive so we tried different rest, and overall was okay but not as we excepted it .
If your flight is late and want to go to the beach and take……

“It is a dated building, which is ok but it should be kept cleaner. We got an ocean front room but there was trash and debris clearly in view on the rooftops and canopies below our room. It is very unappealing. The elevators too are poorly kept, dark and dirty. There was no microwave oven so we could not heat any leftover food from our dining throughout the week. These are very simple things that should be expected from a hotel in this price-point.”
