「April 2026. Great little spot for two. Super clean! King bed was soft, but comfortable. Super cool AC. Ceiling fans. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water. Fabulous location. 1/2 block from southern perimeter of Forsyth Park. Great restaurants within 2 or 3 blocks. Coffee shops galore. Listing pics are accurate.
Included parking spot was a real bonus!
Problems: WiFi was just OK. Host was nonresponsive and did not return messages. Interior doors needed propped open, expected in a house this...
