This home is located on a nice quiet street with beautiful marsh views. It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is across the street from a church and the surrounding neighbors are all very friendly. The property has a large driveway and plenty of space to fit 2+ cars. No smoking inside. Smoking results in a $ 500 fee. Smoking outside or on the porch is allowed.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7 am especially in the screened in porch. Please refrain from playing loud arcade games such as ping pong or music after 10 pm. Please keep the volume at a reasonable level when using the projector.
No parties or extra guests over without permission. If more than the authorized number of guests enter the property and more than 2 cars, you will be asked to comply or your reservation will be cancelled.
Failure to follow these rules may result in a $1000 fine at the owners discretion or a reservation being cancelled if there is suspicion of a party.
Checkout by 10 am unless permission has been requested in advance. If there are extenuating circumstances please notify the host and we will work out a solution. Failure to check out on time without written notice may result in a $150 fine at the owners discretion.
Small pets are allowed and subject to an additional $125 cleaning fee per pet. If pets are not disclosed there can be a fine up to $300. This fee is for additional cleaning and does not include any other damage caused by pets.
Do not re-arrange any furniture. Any furniture that is not returned to its original location may result in a $100 fee at the owners discretion.
Check in is at 4 pm unless otherwise states and check out is at 10 am. Early check in or late check out is available upon request and approval for an additional $125 payment.
Unauthorized early check in or late checkout may result in a $200 fee or more at the owners discretion.
Only flush toilet paper down toilets. Do not flush feminine products or any wipes (plumbing will get clogged and you will be charged a fee for repair). No food or drinks on the pool/ ping pong table. Must keep pool table cover on pool table when not in use.
Grill must be in front of blue tape 3 feet away from railings while in use.
