My family and I enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was our first trip to Savannah so we decided to stay within walking distance of the river and entertainment areas. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only complaints are: 1. Limited parking. This seems to be an issue all over Savannah so it's not a reason not to stay here but something to be aware of. I wasn't able to find street parking to unload our bags so I had to make a couple trips to and from a nearby parking deck. 2. Loud noise at night. The condo is surrounded by bars and there's no sound ordinance in Savannah until 3am. There are sound machines in the bedrooms which should suffice but there was a constant loud bass noise coming from across the alley at night which a sound machine couldn't drown out. It's made slightly worse by what appear to be original single pane windows in the main bedroom (and kitchen/main room) that don't block much sound. The host had not heard of the loud bass noise from previous guests so it's possible it's not an issue every night. We stayed at the condo on a Saturday night, which is likely louder in the area compared to weeknights. If you plan to stay out late, the sound won't bother you if you aren't going to sleep until 3am or later. Overall, it was a great trip and we enjoyed the condo.
