I will definitely stay here again. It was very convenient to our plans, check in and out was fast, everyone was super helpful and i slept like a log. I wish i had water pressure this good at home. All in all, the only thing that would have made it better was being able to stay longer.

room was nice . The sound proffing sucks you can hear everything in the lobby and in the rooms next to us and above us when they walked across the floor it sounded like horses walking. The room service is not good. It is suppose to be done every three days but all they did was replace the towels and take out one small bag or trash. No vacuming or changing the sheets they didnt even make the bed looks like they only came in as far as the bathroom got the old towel and trash and left. Poor housekeeping in my opion compared to other hotels i have stayed at. Breakfast was good plety of options and plenty of food.

Other than the eggs which were obviously powdered eggs, the taste was nothing like a normal egg! Weekend staff was shorthanded , but we checked in after 3 pm, but she handled it like a professional, especially after having to move us as the AC unit didn’t work properly in first room and the parking lot was clean!

It may not be in the heart of Savannah, but it wasn’t far away and the lovely staff, free breakfast and the pool were definitely worth a short drive into Savannah. The staff was friendly, helpful and gave me wonderful restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel

Had a nice two night stay. Appreciate the free parking and included breakfast. Elevators went out or order first night and we were in the third floor so had to use the stairs a lot Would appreciate hot water or coffee available in lobby. Was not always available ao just a suggestion.

Hotel was ok. We didn’t use the pool therefore I don’t want to make any comments regarding the pool. Hotel needs to fixed their hotel sing by the road, it’s gets hard to notice the sing at the night time since there was no light. I missed the right turn two time since there was no light in the sing.

They canceled our reservation and gave our room away for arriving two hours after the check in time and didn’t even give us a call! We had no where to go with all rooms sold out in the area.
