Fantastic Victorian mansion, 2 blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park. Restored to original condition, this house is filled with unique woodwork, stained glasss windows and other features. Enter into large historic foyer which will bring you back to the late 1800`s. Parlor level includes living room, dining room, kitchen, butler`s pantry and powder room and Office/sitting room with convertable couch.. Beautiful kitchen is complete with new gas oven, microwave, two dishwashers, butler`s pantry and fireplace. The original grand staircase takes you to the living quarters where you will find four meticulously restored bedrooms, each with its own charm. Three bedrooms have king and one has a queen bed. Two bedrooms have private baths and two share a Jack and Jill style full bathroom. The attic level includes a bathroom with freestanding copper tub as well as a large bedroom with king bed. We have full fulton and a trundle bed with two fulls. Loft area in TV room has a Queen bed. Gas fireplaces thru-out the house. Double decks overlook beautifully designed yard with walkways and fountain. This home was designed by William Preston Gibbons, a renowned architect recognized for designing many of the most notable buildings in Savannah.
