Room had a lingering trace of cigarette smoke even when the policy clearly prohibits smoking. No refund was given despite the fact I did not stay there because of the smell of smoke.

I was surprised

The room was just average but it was very nice and cozy it was even handicap accessible which was a plus with me even had a shower chair for people who can't stand that's a plus in my book any day you really can't beat it for the price.

I had booked through Expedia a non/smoking room When i walked in the too the smell of smoking hit me. I had to buy febreeze. Also the description said a bar handle in the tub/shower. None. Expects was very good on compensating me with One Key cash. TV connection was horrible. The hotel staff responded quickly the first time and corrected the problem whatever that was. The connection over the period of my four days there was lost anywhere from at least 7 to 10 times and then it would just come back on and then one day there was a staff person that had to help because it was obviously not gonna come back on. Very awkward anyhow not just a straight cable provider or service, but you had to be connected to one of the services or have an account with Netflix, Hulu, or one of the others Overall, very frustrating stay loud whoever was upstairs. It was loud people walking back-and-forth on the sidewalk in front of the rooms all day long all evening long. I travel a lot and this has to be one of my most frustrating stays that I’ve had. I don’t like to vent this way, but I just felt like I needed to.

This place is disgusting. The room, bedding, and air conditioner smelled of smoke. We left with our clothes reeking of smoke. The room was not clean, did not take our shoes off. The bottom of the bathroom door had been chewed off. Stains all over the shower and the lamp shades had water stains. Did not feel safe at all, not even allowed in the lobby area, even at check-out in the morning. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
