I’ll start by saying that I have stayed here every year for more than a decade to see family. This is the 1st time I’ve had a negative experience. I checked in Friday the 6th and was to check out Tuesday the 10th. I checked in, we got our key cards and headed to the room that night. I get a text from my Discover card saying that my $910 had already been applied to my card. Which I thought was odd because the charges usually don’t hit until the end of the stay. But I figured oh ok, maybe things have changed. The next day my girlfriend and I took our showers and were about to get dressed when the door opens and a strange couple enter the room. Luckily we were around the corner and were not seen. They left as soon as they saw our bags in the floor. As I was putting on my clothes to go see what was happening I get a call from the front desk. The lady at the desk asks “were you supposed to check out today?” I said “no. We have this room until the 10th” she says, “ok. Thank you” then hangs up. I go down stairs to show her my room confirmation. She’s says “Oh! I see what has happened. The desk person last night didn’t check you in”. I asked if there is now an issue. She responded with “oh no not at all”. They credited and recharged my card so many times that it hit my cards limit. Then demanded I pay them more by 11pm. I’m 500 miles from home and have no money left. I had to borrow the rest just to make it home. This was only the 2nd day. More problems followed everyday thereafter.

We had been in the motel approximately a hour and a half. Pull back the sheets on the bed and find blood on the pillow case and the sheets. When to front desk to talk to night manager. There was no housekeeper on staff at night. She brought some sheets. After she left I would a blood stain on top of toilet. I talked to manager about getting a refund. She said we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through Orbitz. Worst service and experience ever at a hotel! Never staying at another Hampton Inn.

New facility. Isolated with no food except breakfast. No maid service. Few restaurants around close. Very expensive for what you get.

I did not receive the room I reserved! I ordered a king room study with a sofa bed. It did not. No sofa, no sofa bed, just a bed. I asked the clerk could he move me into the room i purchased, he said he wasnt a house keeper so he doesn't know what types of rooms they have. Then he said he could move me into a double queen bed room but that i would have to purchase ANOTHER ROOM! He wanted to pay for another room to be able to receive the room i already paid for! I adked him to just chanfe my key card to the room with two beds, he said couldn't. Id have to purchase another room. So i ended up have to share my bed bc i did not get the room i purchased. I needed the sofabed for my gurst to sleep on. But no! I was asked to purchase another room to have that option.

Facility was clean and nice. Good open area in the back for my dog with waste bags. I left some expensive clothes in the closet and they held them for me until a friend could pick them up... what a relief. Thanks!

Bed was so comfortable (better than my expensive adjustable bed). Quiet beautiful area, elevator could use some maintenance but had a great stay.

The orignal room they had for us wasnt ready so they put us in another which was the same so it was fine. Upon getting into the room and unpacking we noticed a huge gap in the door, you could see right into the hallway and vice versa with the door closed, they moved us to another room which was fine. The new room also had a gap in the door but smaller and the toilet was running non-stop. It was the last room they had available so I didnt bother bringing it up to the front desk. The place had a foul smell in the hallway as well. Now for the good, staff was awesome and the breakfas was delicious.
