This house was a perfect home base for my group of 11. So nice to have an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. Very clean and spacious!

Savannah family trip

Beautiful residence!! Great size for the 8 of us. We were close to all the tours we had booked. Could walk easily to all major sites in Savannah. Would recommend this property and would stay again.

The perfect location!

Amazing location- you can walk to everything in downtown Savannah! We had an issue with the master shower and main fence quickly came and fixed the issue for us for the rest of our stay. Everyone loved this place!

Property was clean, cozy and convenient. Had 4 couples and loved having our own bathrooms in each. Had a few little issues with appliances but property management was super responsive. Overall great property and location was awesome as far as convenience to walk to most everything.

Our Summer Vacation

This house is amazing. Each year we take our 3 kids and their friends to Savannah and this house is perfect. Great size kitchen for cooking meals, walking distance to River Street and a short drive to the beach. We love going each year and have stayed in this house the past 3.

Beautiful home inside and out! We enjoyed the comfortable areas we could gather together. The outdoor table and chairs on a deck were delightful! And we all had our own space in the bedrooms and baths!

Perfect for our trip!

I stayed here for my bachelorette party and we couldn't have picked a better spot for our group of 11! The location was great, house was gorgeous, and there was plenty of space in the rooms & bathrooms for all of us to get ready comfortably. We were walking distance to all restaurants, shops, & bars we visited during our stay! Would've loved if there was at least 1 laundry pod because we had to go buy some to do a load of towels since there was only 1 towel per guest. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for a girls trip!

This property was amazing! We stayed for three nights and never had to use our car once. Everything is within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the coffee shop on the corner. The house is perfect for a larger group. We all slept incredibly comfortably. There’s plenty of room in the main living space for everyone to be together. I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Savannah!!

Great Location

10 fun ladies 55+ for a friend’s birthday. Loved the neighborhood. Close to River St, etc. 4 stars overall because stairs were an issue, but that’s more due to our overpacking. Bring laundry detergent because there was only one towel per guest.

This property was clean and had everything we needed for a group of 4 couples. Location was close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Management checked in on us to see if there were any problems the next day. Couple of things to note, there was only one parking space for this property but there is parking on the street and a parking garage just two blocks away for additional cost. Also the host fee was high but this seems to be more common with VRBO rentals.

Great location, great house, then ok

Everything was clean. Within walking distance to everything including a coffee shop across the street. Beds were comfortable. The rest was bare bones and felt like we weren’t really welcomed. The first page of the welcome book made it a point to tell you that you will get evicted if you deviate from rules. Other rentals have nice touches like free coffee or more than one paper towel roll, this rental was bare bones when it came to that. Check out at 10am, was a bit on the early side.

This was a delightful house with plenty of space and full of everything we needed. Linens were clean and fresh like a hotel. Kitchen was spotless and had every amenity. Location was convenient to most everything. Just a wonderful place.

Terrific, Modern House in Historic Savannah

This is a terrific property within walking distance of all the major attractions in downtown Savannah. The house feels brand new--a lot of attention was spent on the renovation. Would recommend this place and plan to stay there again. Thank you!
