Chatham House - Historic 3 Bedroom on Chatham Square

Chatham House is a private historic row house right off of Chatham Square, just two blocks from Forsyth Park. All mattresses are Tuft & Needle memory foam.

There is an eat in kitchen, patio and foosball table.

The space has a full Greenpan and Stainless Steel cookware set as well as Calphalon bakeware. The Moccamaster coffee maker replicates a beautiful classic pour-over, but at scale for the number of guests. Cangshan Japanese cutlery for all the slicing and dicing, and an electric kettle for tea on demand.

All TV's are smart TV's with access to all your apps and each has a Chromecast Ultra for 4k streaming.

We offer super-plush towels and a full suite of care products by Public Goods that are free of every harmful chemical under the sun and scented with just essential oils.

HOUSE RULES

-Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can't be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Please leave the premises if you need to smoke. Savannah is beautiful to walk around.
