Wonderful Weekend Wedding

We were in town for 3 nights for a family wedding and Kim & Matt's place was perfect for us. It's centrally located and a short walk to tons of shopping/restaurants/activities - highly recommend!

Cozy condo in the best part of town!

We had a great stay at Kim's place, the location was wonderful for shopping, restaurants and night life. The home was well equipped with kitchen items and bedrooms and bathrooms with linens.The stairs gave us a run for our money on arrival/departure days, but we needed the workout after eating our way through town!

Great Location and Property

We had a great visit to Savannah. The location is amazing and the loft space is awesome. Everything is well stocked and clean. We had fun playing cards, darts and shuffleboard. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is adorable and in a fabulous location. The host is incredible and thoughtful! It is loud around the area as clearly stated, but the noise machines help! It just comes with the perfect location! I would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect location for a girls trip

Amazing location

We stayed for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time! The location was amazing, very walkable to many popular bars and restaurants. The only downfall to that is the noise at night but the sounds machines helped with that!

Family wedding

Came in town for a family wedding. This property was cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms, had many more accommodations, location could not have better, and did I mention location location location. Easy walk to anywhere in the downtown area.

Thanksgiving in Savannah

The property has a prime location in the heart of Savannah with easy access to all of the shops/dining on Broughton street and short walk to same on Bay Ave and River Street. The interior was very clean with chic decor. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again

Perfect Getaway in Savannah

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful loft. Located in the heart of Savannah this location couldn't be beat - a few blocks to almost everything. The loft was exactly as advertised with everything you need for an amazing stay. The host was super helpful offering up suggestions and very responsive through the booking process. Couldn't have asked for a better time or place.

We were here for a long weekend with friends and a small child. The location was perfect! We were able to walk and see so much in the short amount of time we had in Savannah. Amazing location

Really enjoyed our stay for a girls' weekend in Savannah. The location was perfect. Far enough away from the madness of River Street but still in the middle of plenty of action. I used my own white noise machine on top of the white noise machines provided and the noise on the street below wasn't an issue. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great stay

It was in a great location with a parking pass which made it very easy for car rental. The one down side was it was very loud due to construction late into the night. Other than that, it was fantastic!

A wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Savannah and the location of this property is perfect for walking all around the city to see the sites. We would definitely stay here again if we return. To parents with young children, make sure they are okay with late night noise from the local area. No issue for us, since it was a child free weekend.

Hip, happening & Fun

When we decided to try a new, different destination for our anniversary, we decided upon this super cool location located in the heart of activity. The location offers many great places to shop, eat and/or explore. The loft is very much as listed and pictured. The hosts were communicative , helpful and kind. We enjoyed the city and all it had to offer and spent the evenings relaxing in the comfort of of this spacious loft.
