Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious retreat offers 4 bedrooms in the main house plus a private king suite in the detached pool house, comfortable gathering spaces, and a resort-style backyard designed for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories together.

Spacious Main House

The main living area features a Roku TV, comfortable seating, a dining table with seating for ten, kitchen island seating for three, and a convenient coffee bar.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and features high-end appliances, including a gas range, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main house offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

• Two coastal-inspired queen bedrooms, each with Roku TV, blackout curtains, crisp white linens, and plush mattresses and pillows.

• King bedroom with light-filtering curtains, full-length mirror, Roku TV, crisp white linens, memory foam mattress, plush pillows, and direct access to Bathroom 2.

• Twin-over-full bunk room featuring warm coastal décor, blackout curtains, Roku TV, crisp white linens, memory foam mattresses, plush pillows, a tabletop arcade game, and direct access to Bathroom 2.

Bathroom 1 features a bathtub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet.

Bathroom 2 offers a spacious double vanity, walk-in shower, and toilet.

For added privacy, the detached pool house offers its own king bedroom suite, making it ideal for grandparents, couples, or guests who want a little extra space.

Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered. The home includes a highchair, Pack ’n Play with mattress protector and sheet, and children’s dishes and utensils.

Throughout the home, you’ll also find plush bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup washcloths, and pool towels. An additional washer and dryer can be found in the utility room.

The covered front lean-to stores two bicycles for leisurely rides around the island, along with beach chairs ready for your next beach day.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive private access to the entire property during their stay. The only areas that are not accessible to guests are the locked owner’s closet, the shed, and the pool equipment area.

Other things to note
Our property is located near marshland and rivers, where natural wildlife and pests are part of the surrounding environment. We take proactive measures with monthly pest control to minimize their presence and maintain a clean, comfortable space for our guests. However, occasional encounters with outdoor pests may occur and are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Our property is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors, quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

The driveway can accommodate six vehicles.

During the winter months, pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per day. Please let us know if you’d like to add pool heat to your stay.
